Come to us for any IT/IS related consultancies and support. Our doors are always open 24/7 365 days. We do provide free consultations but only on special arranged meetings and at our venues. If you want us to have these meetings at your offices possibly for a business venture, we don’t mind driving there. Please do not call for any consultancy services. We have a full year IT support for Gold members. To become a Gold member, please contact our accounts manager who together with a technical officer will discuss and access your level of service and demand and will invoice you appropriately. Please pay the invoice and send payment confirmations back to the accounts department.
Your Support should commence immediately upon receiving your payment details and will cover all the areas discussed and agreed on.
You will be located a personal IT Support staff who should be at your service for as long as your Service Level Agreement stands
