Repairs and Maintenance for corporates or other organizations should fall under the Gold members’ IT support. This will enable the services to be rendered uninterrupted throughout the year. It will also guarantee the client periodic visits and assessment of the infrastructure by our technical department.
For non Gold Members or Individuals, you may either give us a call to collect your faulty machine (Fees apply) or carry it to our workshop. An immediate assessment will be done and a Service receipt/ticket will be given to you. You may be told to purchase some items to correct the problem.
Repairs take between 24-48 hours or even longer depending on the fault detected.
